Wonder Accounts (Pty) Ltd is a South African private company, registration number 2024/321190/07, with its registered office at 103 Preller Square, Dan Pienaar, Preller Walk Shopping Centre Mall, Bloemfontein, Free State, 9301. The terms set out the ECTA section 43 statutory disclosures, the description of the service, account and eligibility rules, and the terms for the 14-day free trial, subscription billing in South African Rand, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds. Consumers keep their rights under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, including the seven-day cooling-off right in section 44 subject to its exceptions, and under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, including the right to cancel a fixed-term agreement on 20 business days notice. The terms explain that AI output is assistive, probabilistic and not professional accounting, tax or legal advice, that customers own their content and data, and that Wonder Accounts does not train AI models on customer data. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, subject to rights that cannot be limited by law.
